The Vesuvius menu is a gastronomic journey skillfully blending tradition and innovation, designed to bring together  the great classics of Neapolitan and Italian cuisine with original creations that tell the story of the chef’s passion and constant research.

Classic pizzas pay homage to tradition, made with genuine ingredients and expert hands: from the simplicity of the Marinara to the freshness of the Ortolana, through the bold flavors of the Diavola and the timeless Margherita.

Alongside these are conceptual pizzas, true seasonal interpretations that highlight the finest ingredients of the moment. There are also panuozzi, traditional pizza bread sandwiches from Gragnano, filled with carefully selected ingredients to offer an authentic and satisfying  taste experience.

Finally, the kitchen offers a selection of dishes telling the story of Campania and Italy in a contemporary style: from the fragrant Linguine alla Nerano to the creamy Cacio e Pepe, through Scarpariello and other specialties celebrating local flavors.
